Question Q: Speedsters only - What to do in rain?

Hello,
Those of you who have Saleen Speedsters, what do you do in case of when it rains? Thanks.

It's never happened to me but if I got caught by a surprise shower I'd probably wait it out in a car wash bay, parking garage or under cover anywhere.

Never happened to me either, just looking for options that people do just in case. Thanks.

This is why I RARELY bother with the tonneau cover. New England is not like Florida with spontaneous rain, so that helps.

^^^ This is actually somewhat true. Last summer, driving a 70 Mercedes, got caught (car at the time did not have a top, being redone), so we rolled up the windows, and kept going. The looks people gave us, was worth it. Stop lights sucked.

I have actually seen the top in the car, top up and driving but I would not call it safe and certainly not comfortable!! It was a new edge
