SVO Onion Head Upper Strut Mount Replacement? Bushing Req?

Do these wear out? If they do, what are people using for replacements since I can't seem to locate any of them.

I am replacing my Koni front struts- found some new 8740 1121 replacements and will be adding my Energy Suspension Polyurethane Coil Spring Isolators when I have my power steering rack replaced.

Is there an additional bushing required? Bump stop?
