Question Q: Camshaft Install? - 2006 S281 SC

Greetings all,

I read the instructions to find an already created thread before creating a new one with no success. I typed in Cam in the search field and came up with no results.
This is my first time here so forgive me ahead of time as i may not be navigating correctly.

I have a 2006 saleen SC with no mods yet.. and I am thinking of having a cam installed so I can get that LOPE, which is my primary desire. Creating more HP is not my primary goal, however if it is done correctly with a Dyno I would imagine I would get a few pony's added at the end of the day.
I will also stress that getting this done right is my objective first and foremost, meaning installing all parts needed and not skimping out to save money. At the same time, I want to do this on a budget and not break the bank. The research i have done leads me to https://www.vmpperformance.com/COMP-...V-GT-2005-2010

with a 4-5K price tag installed including Dyno from local shops that i have not selected because of their non consultation approach to business.

Any non compromising advise you have to help me make the right selection would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Flyfish

I used the Brenspeed Detroit Rocker cams in my '08 Extreme whilst they certainly give the old cam lope not a huge increase in power
I done the job myself including replacing valve springs but in reality they are NSR cams

Thanks Aussie
I ended up ordering the Comp 127500, along with retainers, springs, phaser, and likely to order my injectors and pulley as well....getting this from my Comp cam Consultant and the advise of my mechanic, whom I've never used and recently discovered.
