Default Q: Differences between Supercharged & Non-Supercharged?

What are all of the differences between the Supercharged and Non-Supercharged Saleens from 99-04?

Brakes were an option, trans is same no matter unless you purchase an Extreme. Exhaust is same unless you have a HH, Extreme or 04 SC car in which they would be center exhaust. gauges, Mike mentioned above, you could option as is the hood. Interior....probably easy to say same to similar, but in 2003, saleen used factory ford and had it stitched Saleen into them. Look, there are MANY different things one could order from saleen from '99 to 2004. Custom paint, etc. The bottom line, each car could be similar to alot of them, yet one that you maybe encounter might be different then all the others. Your question is very general and my answer is the same, general because there are SO many different items to say because its how an owner wanted to option the car. In the end, Sean is correct, the major different between the two = supercharger

Ok, thanks for the information. However, I don't think I was clear about what I'm asking. I'm looking for the difference in the basic factory Saleens, not to include custom ordered versions. This is what I'm wondering for example:

My Non-Supercharged 2002 Saleen has/is:

A basic Mustang GT with
Saleen Wheels
Saleen Body Kit
Saleen Wing
Saleen Interior Upgrades

Supercharged 2002 Saleen:

A basic Mustang GT with
Saleen Wheels
Saleen Body Kit
Saleen Wing
Saleen Interior Upgrades
Saleen Dash Pod with Boost and Air Temp Gauges
Saleen Extractor Hood
Saleen Supercharger
Saleen Brakes
Saleen Suspension

What I'm looking to know is what do I need to make my Non-Supercharged Saleen into a Supercharged Saleen so that no one will really know that it was a non-supercharged version. I've already purchased a factory Saleen Supercharger off of a 2002 Saleen, and a factory Saleen Heat Extractor Hood off of a 2003 Saleen. Obviously I will need to find a factory Saleen Dash Pod with Boost and Air Temp Gauges. What else would I need? Brakes, Badges.....

brakes and hood were options unless you got an '04 SC car, then they were standard. Suspension is the same. Wheel option for 10" rear was an option also, for both SC and non SC.

What are the differences in the wings? I've seen a couple different ones on the 99-04's.

Wings:
1999 (2000) S351
1999-2000 S281

2001 S281

2002-2003 S281 (known as the sideburn wing)
2002-2004 Extreme

2004 S281 (same as Extreme)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
2003 Hollywood Horsepower Edition used the Extreme wing.
2004 S281 Cobras used the 2002-03 S281 wing.
Other exceptions exist.
The essential differences between a non-s/c car and an s/c car, other things/options being equal, are the supercharger, intake and intercooler, 30 lb injectors, intercooler pump, heat exchanger and coolant reservoir, gauge pod with boost and temperature gauges and custom tune. There is also a bunch of wiring and delay box in the passenger fender that delays the power to the intercooler pump and fans for approximately 20 seconds after key-on.
The non-s/c cars I'm 99% sure came with underdrive pullies, the s/c cars retained the OEM pullies. Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything else they changed simply because it was an s/c car versus a non s/c car. Oh yeah, the 'supercharged' badge on the trunk...
