Exclamation Help, Strange issue with my 2004 Saleen SC

So this is very strange! I just replaced my fuel pump because my car was having jerking issues and the shop that replaced it was a well known ford/Racing shop. They did an awesome job. I drove it around with no problems, I let the car sit from this past Wed and on Sunday I started her up and took her out. I stopped and got gas (93), left the station with no issues. I ran to a buddy's hour for about an hour, got in the car to start it and it would crank but not turn over. I checked the button in the trunk, it was fine. I checked the gas cap, it was fine..... I kept trying to start her and finally after 5+mins it fired up and started.

Fast forward to the next day, before heading to work I started the car to see if it would fire up and it did. I took my other car to work, I got home around 5 and took her to run to get some things, sat for about an hour and would not turn over, same issue as before. Messed with the trunk, gas cap and finally after 5+ mins it fired up. Battery is fine, Alternator is fine, fuel pump is brand new. I'm very puzzled. Can anyone suggest anything? I appreciate it.

Default ignition issues

How many miles? Appears to be a spark or ignition issue. If it was a coil or spark plug/s then it would run bad when on and it would try to start and stumble when running. Let me ask you, when it does start, does it start right up or does it struggle then fire up. Check the starter wiring-ground and since it's intermittent I think it is something simple. Let me know what you think and I am sure others will chime in soon. Also, a link below with good info!

It's got just over 31,000 miles on it. It almost seems like when its driven and warmed up and sits for more than 30 mins, it won't start. Yet if you wait an hour or so, it will fire up. It does not fire up right away, sometimes I gotta crank it twice. When the car runs, it's flawless. Even when it wont start, if I wait it out about 5-10 mins, it will then fire up. it's very strange.

Google "Starter heat soak" and see if this is similar to your problem. There is usually some remedies and tests also mentioned.
