Default Q: Oil change weight?

I'm hoping somebody can help me. I have an 07 S331 and I'm trying to change the oil. On theengine it says 5W20 but in the sSaleen manual it says 5W30. So which one is it?

Use the oil recommended in the Saleen Owner's manual.

The cap is from Ford and the writing represents a stock Ford engine.

Would the truck take a different type of oil filter or is it just the one recommended for a Ford f150?

I cannot say for the trucks. I've been brainwashed to use Mobil 1 in the Saleen Mustangs.
