Default New to me Saleen and first mods

Okay guys so I recently picked up an 02 Saleen SC coupe #353, torch red running stock boost.
The engine shakes a good bit at idle and the gas mileage is pretty terrible. What does that seem like it could be?
If I were to up the boost would I need to change out the injectors and fuel pump? Or anything else for that matter (MAF, TB,etc)
Also the only mods are an O/R H pipe, bbk throttle body and a Roush shifter.
What were some of your favorite mods that you have done?

Thanks guys!

I would go through a standard tune-up and then go from there. (Plugs, tb cleaning, filters ~ air/fuel ~, etc...)

Check engine light on? Unless the car has upgraded cams it should idle rough.

As a guy that has done quite a few mods.....the best one I've done so far in my opinion is subframe connectors. the car feels so much more solid afterward. i got the maximum motorsports full length ones and had them welded in.

least noticeable mod: the lower control arms. can't say i felt that much of a difference.

You bought this car in Louisiana? I know the guy you got it from. I can ask what issues he had.

I actually bought it from a dealer that bought it from a dealer that bought it from him haha but yeah I talked to him when I first looked at it and he's been really helpful with the whole ordeal and it turned out to be that my stepdad put low grade gas in it-_-

That will do it. My son did that one time and I got a nasty detonation. These engine hate detonation. Sure way to mess one up.
