Default S351 value as a project

Wondering if anyone can ballpark the value of a Saleen S351 that is currently not running. Car is a 97 S351 hardtop that has been garaged and non-operational for over 10 years.. Looks to be complete. Saleen intake manifold and Vortech are present. Interior looks dirty, but complete. Under 50k miles and clean title. Still gathering info. But worst case, if the motor is no good, how much would it be worth as a restoration project?
