Hood Struts
I was never a fan of the hood prop, so I picked up a pair of Redline Tuning Hood Struts at the Ford Nationals at Carlisle. Had a long conversation with the Rep about possible hood stress and cracks. He assured me that since their struts are further up the hood, it wouldn't cause stress on the hood for cracks (Time will tell).
The one thing that scared the crap out of me was drilling into the fiberglass hood. But I was smart, followed directions and used a new drill bit and a drill bit stop.
