They are 15" rotors. Check out ebay # 171476024893. A company called stoptech was contracted to make the kits for the S331 trucks. Im pretty sure they are only compatible with 2004-2007 F150's. Thats why i was saying i dont think they will fit a 1997 or you will have to do some modding.
