!989 Saleen SSC DP5 Center Caps

This is like a looking for a needle in a haystack, does anyone have and/or know a vendor selling center caps or can repair the center caps for the 1989 Saleen SSC white wheels ? 3 of the 4 are cracking / splitting in several places. I'm located in Southern California. Thanks.

I had a crack on one, used super glue to get it "good enough".
