Q: Replacement SPV Mustang seat covers?

I could also use the original set for my car 2011 SPV - if these exist I am also interested, I like my interior but would love it to correct for the vehicle. Currently I have probably the only Katskin interior

gliioct14 01-24-2015 07:38 AM

Totaled 2011 SPV Mustang?

So I no one of the SPV cars was totaled in Lapeer Michigan most likely the interior survived , I am interested in that interior to complete my build any leads on that interior or car as well as any leads on an interior (2011) would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance you are all amazing on your ability to find rare stuff!!

Yes. Dave is correct. That car went to the UK. The side air bags in those seats were deployed.

So I called Spara and there are no more seat covers. We could possibly have them remade but we would need very detailed pictures. If anyone is serious, please give us a call.

ubnhad 01-26-2015 03:00 PM

I will email you some pictures. Let me know what you think.

Maybe ask for supplier information for the covers.

gliioct14 02-05-2015 06:16 AM

I am working my end to find everything we need to reproduce them. See if there is anyone near you Jason for pictures and measurements.

We've never had one near us. I think all the SPV cars were sold back East.

gliioct14 02-05-2015 01:01 PM

I meant someone with a 2010 or 2011 vehicle that you could use as a template I am doing the same on this end

ubnhad 02-05-2015 01:19 PM

If there lost that means they can be found! Lol

The patterns available from Saleen Automotive. I would pick one, pick material colors, request a custom stitch and/or embroidery... then do done with it.

The traditional Saleen interior kit also refoams the seat. The other designs use all OE Ford foam.

gliioct14 02-08-2015 05:11 PM

I did think about that but 3.5k is a lot I still have a few options out there awaiting to hear back . thanks for the info though may help others .

If detailed pictures are needed, let me know in a couple of weeks. The Killer Rabbit is buried in the trailer behind a wall of snow for the next couple of weeks... I usually get it out mid-late March.... I'd go looking for a groundhog to shoot but I think (hope?) he got eaten already...

sidvicious 02-22-2015 11:19 PM

Those Saleen Recaros are awesome

2007-52 02-23-2015 11:42 AM

I love the Recaro race seats... Where can I get a set of those and do I have to sell a kidney first?

jbone 03-13-2015 02:36 PM

Not sure what the going price for one is now lol but here is a link I found for Recaro Seats!
